r. Apfelbeck has had over 25 years of experience in athletic training and massage therapy. She combines her knowledge of massage, sports medicine and chiropractic to ensure a wholistic and unique approach.

This personalized and gentle approach utilizes chiropractic techniques such as the Activator Method, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Sacro-Occipital technique, and extremity adjusting methods. Each person receives a full spine adjustment as well as work on any extremity.

Treatment sessions range from 20-30 minutes. Patients are well cared for.

Patients learn about functional biomechanics so they may participate more fully in their own healing.
